Brad and I want to extend our sincere thanks for all your expertise, extended work you did for us, and all your compassion in booking our Egypt trip, and then all the work in the cancelling process due to the covid-19 .

You are always on top of it in emailing, phoning, every detail every step of the way, your compassion is amazing in getting the best holiday ever. I am sure even when you were swamped . You go above and beyond to make your clients confident in their travels.

Bernadette has booked many vacations for us, including Cuba, Iceland, just about Nashville which we had to postpone, and now Egypt,…..not to name all the other destinations she has looked into for us.
