Hello Everyone! I’ve just returned from a wonderful ten day cruise aboard the beautiful Royal Princess. This time we cruised the Southern Caribbean, going to islands that we had not yet been to. The only one we stopped at previously was St Thomas (which is beautiful!)

Our thinking that this past cruise might be the end of our cruising through the Caribbean might just have to be revisited! The islands boast beautiful white sand beaches and that amazing clear, turquoise water that we all dream of. But, more than that, these islands have a rhythm all their own. The people are genuinely happy to welcome us snow birds with their warm smiles, open arms and friendly personalities. Their love of life is truly infectious and when we leave we kind of bring a little of that “infection” home with us!

Yes, it’s true. I’ve cruised the Eastern, Western, Northern and Southern Caribbean over the years and have enjoyed every one of them! (Even when hurricanes come and visit!) I must admit that the Southern and Eastern Caribbean routes hold a special place in my heart.

And, yes, I just don’t think I’m quite ready to close up visiting the Caribbean again just yet.

But, the Mediterranean and those amazing European River Cruises are calling!!!!!
